I waited more than 3 hours for an endoscopy, when ins unacceptable.
Suggested improvements
Improve the waiting time and inform the patients about the approx wait time. It’s not the nurses fault.

Everyone on bluebell ward A was lovely. They provided a great service. The lunch lady is lovely along with all other member of staff.
